The Sunday Forro Party is the closing night of the festival.
With the help of our guest artists, Flavia and Forró Brasa, we want it to be warm and friendly. So we will recreate a festive vibe of the Northeast of Brazil, which we named: Roda de Junina.
You will experience the San Joao festa, which we usually celebrate with family and friends and where everyone dances, sings, plays music, without forgetting to enjoy the traditional Brazilian meals and drinks: feijoadas, cafezinhos and caipirinhas.
It's a back to the roots party: Forró for fun and for share with friends and family.

Flavia Nascimento, Quebec
Born in Brazil, Flávia Nascimento starts her artistic career there as a graduated actress from the University Theatre in Belo Horizonte.
She is notably a part of the distribution of the play The Cruscible, goes on tour for a year with the musical comedy Mulheres de Hollanda and cofounds the mass education theatre Cara-Cara, which raises awareness in the communities concerning the environment.

Forró Brasa is Born in Montreal. The motivation of the Band was to offer a new musical horizon to the forró dancers and Brazilian music lovers, by mixing the musical traditions of the Northeast of Brazil, especially Forró rythms, and the musical traditions of Quebec “Gigue Québecoise” as well as the Pop Music of Quebec. Beyond the amazing fusion rhythms, you will be charmed by the singularity of vocal harmonies that Forró Brasa offers to Montreal and Canada by bringing to his audience a new flavor of Forró, with all its diversity.
